The Essex Diving Festival team would like to thank the visitors, guest speakers and exhibitors for supporting this inaugural event.

Over two days we all enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and sense of community as divers, snorkellers, conservationists and photographers came together to share in their love of the underwater world.

The 'have a go' sessions proved very popular, especially the Freediving, and we are currently looking at holding a dedicated Freediving and Snorkelling event later in the year.

The feedback we have received from exhibitors and visitors has been very positive and your comments on how we might improve next year's festival have been noted with thanks!

We are already looking forward to next year's festival and will update this site regularly with news on this and other events.

The new website for The Underwater Studios is currently under construction and will be going live soon and don't forget, we will soon be launching our own diving and snorkelling club, open to certified divers and offering pool nights, 'dry' nights and special events and training opportunities.  If you would like to know more email essexdiveclub@hotmail.co.uk
